DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

 

Please contact us first if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will only accept returns for unused products in their original packaging (no broken seals). Once we receive the items back, you will be refunded, minus shipping & handling.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE OR IN BULK?

MY FAVORITE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK! HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHEN IT IS AVAILABLE AGAIN?

We only make our products in small batches for quality purposes. Leave us a message on Twitter or use the Contact Form if you can’t find what you are looking for – we will message you as soon as we get it back in stock!

WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY?

 

For wholesale soap customers and large orders, I may be able to deliver if you are in the immediate area. A small delivery fee may incur. Email me first

I LIVE NEAR AMSTERDAM, NEW YORK – CAN I JUST PICK UP MY ITEMS?

 

If you’d like to pick up, email  me before placing an order.  I use PayPal to process credit cards in-person, so this can be arranged. If you already paid through PayPal, I can refund your shipping costs when you come to pick up your items.

HELP! I NEED TO ADJUST MY ORDER OR SHIPPING INFORMATION.

If you’ve made a mistake with your order, email us ASAP and have your order number ready.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Upon receiving payment, we will ship your soap order out within 48 hours, but usually within 24. We ship through USPS via First Class or Priority Mail (typically delivered within 1-3 days), depending on the weight of your order.  As soon as your order ships, I’ll send you an email informing you that your package is on the way along with a tracking link. (No tracking links available for international orders). We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our online ordering system accepts all major credit cards, securely processed through PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to check out.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

I do not collect any customs when sending packages. Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Baker’s Country Farms is NOT responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns of international orders will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Shipping times vary greatly with international shipping, kindly allow 2-6 weeks to receive your order. In a hurry? Let me know and I can upgrade your shipping to Priority International Mail.
